FA Group was incorporated on 9 September 1999, a company spin
off from Consilium Asia Inc with initial staff of 12. However,
we are not new to the industry, all the key staffs in this company
are initially from FAST Associates Pte Ltd, which was is incorporated
in 1994 and taken over by Consilium Asia Inc. in August 1997.
In December 1998, Consilium Asia Inc. was acquired by Applied
Material, the largest Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturer in
the world. Applied Material decided not to continue with the
system integration services. All the system Integration staffs
were laid off by Consilium and decided to startup the FA to
continue with the services. Today, we have increased the total
staff to more than 70 people and we are still in the process
of recruiting more staffs for the operation. |

Mr. Ng is the founder of FA group of companies.
Prior to the startup of FA group, he was the Managing Director
of Consilium Asia with total Profit and loss responsibilities
for Singapore, Taiwan and Korea. He was the founder and Managing
Director of FAST Associates Pte Ltd before the company was acquired
by Consilium Inc. Other appointments held by Mr. Ng include
Director of Services from FASTech Asia Inc, Regional MIS Manager
for Molex Far East Limited, MIS manager, South Asia region for
Monsanto Singapore Pte Ltd and Senior Consultant from Andersen
Consulting. Mr. Ng has 25 years of working experience in information
technology with 11 years experience in developing and implementing
ERP solution and 14 years of experience in Factory Automation
System. Mr. Ng graduated in Nanyang University with Bachelor
degree in Accountancy. He is also a member of Chartered Institute
of Management Accountant. |

Dr. Lu Ling Zhi, Vice chairman |

|
Dr Lu has over 16 years of industrial and consulting
experience in Data Warehousing, MES, ERP, CIM, shop floor integration,
cell controller and manufacturing database. He has been in charge
and/or involved in the design and implementation of IT systems
for several companies (e.g., Infineon, Amkor/Anam, Compaq Asia,
Pentex Circuits, Siemens Components, National Semiconductor,
UTAC, Gul Tech and etc.). Dr Lu hold the Ph.D. in Production
& Manufacturing Engineering in NUAA in China. |

Ms. Thia Choon Thor, Board Member |

Ms. Thia has over 16 years of working experience
in information technology. She has extensive experience in shop
floor tracking system, in depth knowledge in various planning,
costing, and logistic systems. Prior to joining FA Group, she
is the CIM Manager from National semiconductor. Ms. Thia hold
a Master degree of Technology Management from Griffith University,
Australia. |
